What is PRO?

PRO is a non-profit, parent run VOLUNTEER organization which sponsors youth sports within the Papillion/La Vista School District and surrounding areas.

Welcome to the PRO Basketball Homepage. PRO offers a recreational basketball league for kids entering grades 3-12. Each player is required to go through a skill assessment. Coaches will conduct the assessments followed by a blind draft to ensure talent is evenly distributed to all of the teams.

PRO offers a basketball clinic for 1st and 2nd graders. The clinic runs for 8 weeks on Saturday mornings starting in January and is 1 hour long, 30 minutes of drills and development, and 30 minutes of scrimmage against another team.

Your questions are very important to us. Please navigate through the tabs on the left for additional information on PRO Basketball. If you have additional questions, please send an email to the Director of PRO Basketball. Go to the Basketball Board page (see tab on the left) and select the button at the bottom of the page to email the Director. I will make every attempt to respond to your questions within 24hrs.

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!!!! PRO is a 100% volunteer run organization providing youth sports in the Papillion school district and surrounding areas.

PRO relies on participation from hundreds of coaches and parents who volunteer many hours of their time to the youth of Papillion. We have several other opportunities to volunteer that do not require a full committment . We need your help with registration, assessments, gym monitoring, and several other areas that require a minimal amount of your time. Please contact us to find additional information on volunteering with PRO. Our success depends on you!
